EYFS are learning all about Butterflies this week. Miss Simpson our first year student teacher planned a fabulous outdoor activity which involved going to the school woodlands area and foraging for items to make a piece of artwork with. The EYFS children are learning about Minibeasts this half term. Today we have taken apart and moved the Bug Hotel that is in our garden and moved it to a better location. The children have helped to fill each shelf of the hotel with sticks, bamboo canes, wood, bricks and stones for the creatures to hide in.
